Q: Your 3D games are very slow.
A: You need a Direct3D compatible 3D accelerated video-card. If you already have one, please install their manufacturer's latest device drivers. (Usually available for free on the video-card manufacturer's website).

Q: Your 3D games are very slow. I am using Windows XP.
A: Please be sure to install the latest XP-compatible drivers from your video-card manufacturer. The internal XP drivers do not support quality hardware accelerated Direct3D.

Q: Why can't I order online?
A: If you have any problems with the ordering process or if you are unable to complete your order, please send an e-mail to sales@regnow.com "Register Now!" is the company that processes orders of our products.

Q: Why haven't I received the registration key for the game I ordered?
A: If you chose to receive a registration key by e-mail, but it hasn't yet arrived, please send a message to sales@ksysoft.com Please remember that the registration information is sent within 12 hours from the time of your order.

Q: I bought a game published by Alawar Ent. What company will provide customer service for me?
A: If you buy any game published by Alawar Ent., you become a customer of the Alawar company. Feel free to seek answers to your questions from the Alawar Support Service.
